Bianca’s signature style has endeared her to many, including Kylie Minogue who had Bianca interview and host her perfume launch, Russell Crowe who asked her to host his NRL Rabbitohs event; and Mr Richard Branson, who was so impressed during his radio interview with her that he invited her personally to join him and promote Virgin Australia’s launch and inaugural flight to Los Angeles. Bianca joined as his special guest and the only media presenter on board.
Splitting her childhood between Gold Coast and Melbourne, as the daughter of stage performers, was it any surprise, that Bianca, after taking out the Dux at school, literally ran away to join the circus, however, within a year she was back on the Gold Coast working as a Marilyn Monroe impersonator, and swiftly moved into her first radio presenting gig as the night time announcer winning her the first of many industry awards.
Well and truly bitten by the radio bug, Bianca then cohosted the Sea FM breakfast show on the Central Coast before a nationally networked evening show on Gold FM caught the eyes and ears of Nova 96.9 who were putting together the dream team to launch an innovative station that would reshape the Australian radio landscape.
Before long, Bianca rose to prominence as one of Nova’s most popular presenters and became an in-demand Keynote speaker and Event host, regularly hosting high profile brand events, including Sir Bob Geldof's Commercial Radio Australia Special, Jerry Springer’s Australian Tour and the infamous Cleo Magazine Bachelor of the Year Awards.
Foxtel TV producers were soon knocking on her door and it was clear that Bianca’s irreverent and dynamic interviewing style, made her perfectly suited to have her own Arena show, interviewing visiting A listers. Bianca also was chosen to be part of the original lineup of the infamous panel talk show Beauty & The Beast, before becoming the Music and Entertainment Reporter with the ubiquitous Mornings with Kerri-Anne Kennelly. Bianca’s impeccable comic timing and improv skills saw her guest starring on many comedy shows including THANK GOD YOU'RE HERE with the likes of Wil Anderson & Adam Hills.
An accomplished writer for well over two decades with regular weekly columns and articles about issues she is passionate about including Mental Health, Body Positivity, Women’s Health issues, Bianca is also the co-author of the best-selling dating book Playing Hard to Get as well as writing and performing her own stand-up comedy show,ME MYSELF & DYE.
Radio has nevertheless always been her first love and Bianca’s versatility, professionalism and genuine warm and wickedly funny personality has continued to be in demand presenting at i98FM, Gold FM, Sea FM and headlining breakfast teams in Brisbane at 97.3FM culminating in Binaca fulfilling her teenage dream, to headline the breakfast show Bianca, Ben & Lakey at 90.9 Sea FM on the Gold Coast, which in 2023 won the national award for Best Radio Show Podcast beating media heavyweights like Kyle & Jackie O and Jonesey & Amanda.
Regular stints on live breakfast TV on CH 7’s SUNRISE, CH 9’ Today show have cemented Bianca's place as one of the most quick-witted, hilarious women in media. Bianca is also the only woman in commercial radio to win the coveted ACCRA award for Best Entertainment Presenter Award Australia an incredible four times.
Feisty, emotionally intelligent and compassionate, Bianca has continued to fulfil numerous charity Ambassador roles, raising funds and awareness for RSPCA and RUOK Day, as well as hosting their podcast as well as support many charities through event hosting including National Breast Cancer Foundation.
Bianca has also always been a fearless advocate for many issues facing women including Body Dysmorphia - famously posing nude in Madison magazine in 2009 and again in 2022 when she was painted gold to promote everyday 50 year old bodies in response to Gwyneth Paltrow’s unrealistic magazine photoshoot.
Celebrated for her raw, soulful authenticity and warmth, Bianca has openly shared her anxiety diagnosis and created her own platform @anxietyfree, with a combined social media following of over 70k to end the stigma associated with having anxiety as well as being open about her heartbreaking and vulnerable experiences from her 10 year fertility and IVF struggles, crippling Endometriosis and DV. Bianca readily admits she is an open book when it comes to her life struggles, recently making national headlines again for sharing the experience of getting a late life ADHD diagnosis the week she turned 50!
