Hannah Buckley is a Sydney-based actor and professional musician with experience across stage, screen, and musical theatre. Most recently, she appeared as
Pippin Took in the international production of
The Lord of the Rings: A Musical Tale (Kevin Wallace Productions, Middle-Earth Enterprises; dir. Paul Hart).
Hannah’s theatre work includes roles in
The Government Inspector (Fingerless Theatre) and
The Crucible Symposium (Sport For Jove). She has also toured nationally as Narrator/Musician in
The Snail and the Whale (CDP Theatre/Tall Stories).
On screen, Hannah has worked in short films (
The Summoning,
Tarot,
Speechlessness) and appeared in television productions including
A Place to Call Home (Seven Network),
Love Child (Nine Network), and
Friday On My Mind (ABC). Her early career included work on feature films such as
Ladies in Black (Screen Australia/Sony Pictures) and
Pacific Rim Uprising (Legendary Entertainment/Universal).
Hannah trained at the Actors Centre Australia, where she completed a Bachelor of Performing Arts (Stage and Screen), and has pursued ongoing professional development in acting, dance, and music.
